In building this website we were asked to make something entirely dynamic. The Content Management System included is able to generate images from jpeg pictures to fit the proposed layout. Effects like grey, or custom alpha blending png were added. In many places user can enter either jpeg images, flash content or pdf files. Also with the CMS we provided the website administrators can change the look from page to page. This includes images, colors, file formats or even predefined layout types. The display engine will know how to print it on the layout depending on what was uploaded.

 

Muzeul Taranului Roman also features an online radio that we installed to fit our client needs.

 

As with all our websites security is very important. Special measures were taken to prevent attacks to the webpage.

 

Since we expect a large number of visitors speed was also an issue. The layout, although entirely dynamic, has optimized images with little cost to image quality. Also for the same reason we made a CSS layout rather than a tabled one, because the style separation from the code as well as the significant code quantity reduction makes the page load faster.
